West Palm Beach, FL Position :

  • Warehouse Associate Hours : Full Time (No weekends!) Pay : $15-20 / hr (based on experience) Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Associate to help in our warehouse operations.
  • The ideal candidate will help the Warehouse Manager ensure efficient processes, manage a team, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
  • This role is crucial in supporting our supply chain and meeting customer demands.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operations : Help ensure smooth and efficient processes of our daily warehouse operations.
  • Implement and optimize warehouse layout and design for maximum efficiency based on Warehouse Manger and Operations Manager's feedback.

    • Inventory Control :

  • Help manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure accuracy in inventory records.
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager develop and implement strategies to minimize waste and reduce excess inventory.

    • Safety and Compliance :

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager in conducting regular safety training and drills for warehouse staff.

    • Process Improvement :

  • Identify areas for improvement and help implement best practices to enhance productivity.

    • Skills :

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Working Conditions :

  • May require lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
