As a Restaurant General Manager, you are the leader of a multi-million dollar business with total operational and financial responsibility for an individual unit.
Performs hands-on work to train employees, respond to guest needs and model appropriate behaviors within the restaurant.
Provide the overall leadership; recognize and motivate all employees; coach and train the team for operational excellence.
