Compensation :

Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and goals.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the company's products or services based on client feedback and market insights.
- Organizing and coordinating events and activities.
- Creating and assembling client gift baskets and care packages.
- Assisting with rental property maintenance and tenant management.
- Accounts Payable (A / P) processing and record keeping.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
- Personable individual adept at fostering connections and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Proficient in administrative tasks.
- Experience in bookkeeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
