Looking for an energetic, motivated,friendly medical assistant to join our pediatric practice for a temporary full time position.
This position will run from September to January 31st. Monday-Friday 9 : 30am-5 : 30PM
Previous experience with Eclinical works, pediatrics a plus New graduates are welcome to apply
Job responsibilities include both Medical Assistant and reception that include but not limited to :
- Welcoming and greeting all patients in person and by telephone
- Scheduling appointments
- Assisting the provider during procedures as needed
- Obtaining vital signs, height, weight, temperature and pulse ox
- In office lab tests (pregnancy tests, urine dips, strep and flu test
- Answering phones
- Rooming patients and preparing them for the physician
- Cleaning and stocking rooms
- Applying fluoride
