Job Description :

As an Entry Level Charity Fundraiser at Tallawah you'll be at the forefront of forging

dynamic, in-person connections for a meaningful cause. Your role will encompass :

Collaborating seamlessly with multifaceted teams to craft and execute tailored fundraising

strategies for charitable organizations.

Igniting excitement through market research, identifying potential donors, and staying ahead of

fundraising trends.

Building and nurturing relationships with potential donors, immersing yourself in their interests,

and sparking enthusiasm for charitable giving.

Crafting compelling narratives and presentations to engage potential donors and inspire action.

Analyzing fundraising campaign performance with a data-driven lens, shaping optimizations

that drive impactful results.

Qualifications : To shine in this role, you should bring :

A magnetic personality and exceptional communication skills, thriving on building face-to-face

relationships with potential donors and colleagues.

A naturally innovative mindset, fostering creative fundraising strategies that stand out.

Impeccable organizational abilities, capable of gracefully juggling multiple projects.

A passion for charitable causes and staying informed about relevant fundraising practices.

Previous experience in fundraising, sales, or related fields is a valuable asset.

Location : Our vibrant office is located in the heart of downtown Toronto.

Salary Range :

$42,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
