We are looking to immediately hire self-motivated, positive, and passionate candidates to develop into Full Time Customer Service Representative.
Ideal Full Time Customer Service Representatives are seeking professional growth, a great work atmosphere, and opportunity for the future.
You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Bilingual abilities in Spanish are a major plus for the role but are not necessary to apply.
Responsibilities of the Full Time Customer Service Representative :
- Engage with customers in person to address inquiries and concerns regarding our green energy solutions.
- Deliver comprehensive information about our client's dynamic range of products and services, tailored to the specific goals of each campaign.
- Resolve product-related issues efficiently, escalating matters to the management team when necessary for swift resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, documenting interactions to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving renewable energy services
