Client Delivery Analyst

A company is looking for a Client Delivery Analyst to facilitate work products between the company and its clients in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor client inventory and manage requirements gathering for operational issues

Support internal operations teams and oversee client invoicing and reporting processes

Act as a liaison between IT, Operations, and client teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in data production, preferably in the health industry

Proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis

Experience managing multiple clients / projects in a team environment

Experience in structuring and executing complex analyses

Health Plan or Payment Integrity experience is a plus
