About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse - Nights Job Specialty : Obstetrics Job Duration : Temporary Assignment Shift : Night Shift, 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week, 3x12 hour shifts Experience : Required experience in maternal and fetal care License : Massachusetts RN License Certifications : - Basic Life Support (BLS)- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)- Fetal Monitoring Certification Must-Have : - Experience working on a rotating schedule with every other weekend required- Availability to work holidays as needed Job Description : Provide high-quality nursing care to expectant mothers and their babies.
- Monitor fetal movements, heart rates, and maternal contractions.- Educate and support expecting mothers during labor and delivery.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.- Administer medications and perform medical procedures as required.
- Respond to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions.
