Summary
Global financial services firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a Senior Executive. Responsibilities include high level gatekeeping, complex and ever-changing calendar management, extensive travel arrangements, high level internal and external communication, detailed meeting planning and coordination, creating and / or revising Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint decks, personal administrative support, and keeping Executive on track.
Will work closely with his team and add support on ad hoc projects as they arise.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 10+ years of administrative support, including 5+ years of senior level support and experience supporting a Division Head or C-level executive, and financial services industry experience.
Must have top notch technical (MS Office Suite) and written / verbal communication skills. Must have a strategic mindset.
Must be a team player with a no task it too small mentality. Must be detail oriented, discreet, and analytical. Must have a 24 / 7 mentality.
Compensation : $125-135K plus Paid OT & Bonus
Hybrid - 4 Days in Office, NYC - Midtown
