Job Title : Maintenance Technician
Locations : Denver, Aurora, and Various Other Locations throughout CO!

Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Maintenance Technician!
Are you a hands-on expert in apartment maintenance looking for your next role? Career Strategies Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team across multiple locations in Colorado.
If you're detail-oriented, skilled in a variety of maintenance tasks, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities :
- Complete make-ready tasks and work orders efficiently.
- Assist the team with complex projects when needed.
- Leverage your expertise in :
- Plumbing : Sink / shower / toilet repairs, fixture replacements, unclogging drains (snaking if applicable).
- Electrical : Replacing fixtures and switches, ensuring proper safety protocols, rewiring when applicable.
- Carpentry : Patching holes, replacing doors / locks, hanging cabinets, and light painting touch-ups.
- Appliances : Installing washers / dryers, stoves, garbage disposals, and performing minor repairs.
Qualifications :
- Must have personal hand tools and a drill.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Ability to manage physical workloads.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Pay Range :
- $21 / hr - $25 / hr (Depending on Experience and Apartment Community).
- Weekly pay!

Must be authorized to work in the US. Competitive salary offered.
