About The Position

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR). The RN will assist in complex cardiac surgical procedures, work closely with the surgical team, and ensure patient safety and compliance with all operating room protocols. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Job Requirements

🔹 Requirements :

Active RN license in the applicable state

Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR experience

BLS and ACLS certifications (required)

Experience with cardiac procedures (e.g., CABG, valve replacements)

Ability to scrub and circulate (preferred but not always required)

Strong communication and critical thinking skills
