Summary of Job Description :
The Senior Real Estate Analyst leads or actively participates in key project meetings (RESAC, kick-off, roll-out) and prepares RE presentations for RESAC.
This position manages the GIS programs (PRESTO) including providing training to new Real Estate Managers (REM) assisting in updates, coordinating Long Range Planning maps, and resolving operational issues on a timely basis.
The Senior Real Estate Analyst is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and making recommendations on site selection. This position performs and evaluates dilution studies to analyze the impact of new store openings on nearby existing stores.
You'll get a chance to :
- Performs and evaluates dilution studies to analyze the impact of new store openings on nearby existing stores. Collects company financials, compiles data, and researches information on potential and existing locations.
- Leads or actively participates in key project meetings (RESAC, kick-off, roll-out).
- Prepares RE presentations, coordinates ICSC calendar.
- Leads, manages, and makes recommendations on special projects to RD Leadership. Handles all requests completely, accurately, and within agreed upon timelines.
- Develops relationships with Operations, Legal, and RD related to site selection.
- May manage the GIS program (Sitewise) or other department initiatives / programs, including training new REMs, assisting in updates, coordinating Long Range Planning maps, and resolving operational issues.

Your background and experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Business or related field required
- Minimum five years of real estate-related experience, preferably in the retail / hospitality environment
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
Pay Range : P3 : $90,000 - $126,500 / Annual
Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time.
Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy.
Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers.
Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts / difficult situations.
