Job Summary

Enterprise Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Claims Specialist to manage our company's risk and claims program. This critical role is the central point of contact for the end-to-end management of all corporate insurance claims, including workers' compensation, general liability, and property claims. The ideal candidate will be a skilled investigator and communicator, dedicated to mitigating company risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting our employees with a timely and empathetic claims process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Claims Management :
  • Manage the entire life cycle of all claims from the initial report to final resolution and closure.
  • Oversee the intake, investigation, and administration of workers' compensation, general liability, auto liability, property / theft, and installation defect claims.
  • Handle all initial communication and documentation for first-aid incidents, determining if they need to be escalated to a workers' compensation claim.
  • Communication & Collaboration :
  • Serve as the primary liaison between employees (both company and temporary staff), field supervision, and the management team (Project Managers, Safety, HR, Leadership).
  • Coordinate effectively with external partners, including our insurance carrier, broker, legal teams, and their claims professionals to ensure efficient claim handling.
  • Provide clear, timely, and empathetic communication to injured employees, guiding them through the claims process and facilitating return-to-work programs.
  • Investigation & Documentation :
  • Conduct thorough and objective investigations into incidents and claims, gathering statements, photos, and relevant documentation.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential claim files, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for claims submission and processing.
  • Compliance & Reporting :
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations, including OSHA record-keeping standards and Department of Labor (DOL) laws.
  • Maintain an expert understanding of claims management laws and statutes in Tennessee, Florida, Texas, Alabama, Arizona, and Kentucky , with a commitment to learning regulations in new states as the company expands.
  • Manage and maintain the OSHA 300 Log and related reporting requirements.
  • Analyze claims data to identify trends and provide reports to leadership with recommendations for safety and operational improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Required :
  • 3-5+ years of direct experience managing multi-line claims (Workers' Comp, General Liability, etc.), preferably within the construction or electrical subcontracting industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in OSHA reporting standards and claims management regulations across multiple states.
  • Excellent investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with a wide range of individuals.
  • Superior organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
  • Preferred :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Professional designation such as an Associate in Claims (AIC).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
