The Practice understand that optimal patient care is achieved by creating this type of work environment for psychiatrists. The practice provides an environment where the psychiatrists easily exchange and share ideas and expertise amongst each other. Sharing a clinic with other psychiatrists encourages ongoing learning and support, as well as encourages continued passion for treating patients and ongoing academic inspiration Support staff that are dedicated to minimizing the burdens and paperwork, so you are free to care for patients. We Encourage our psychiatrists to practice the type of psychiatry they prefer, either medication management appointments or a combination of medication management with therapy. We have a very strong referral base and close cooperation with therapists, as well as having a therapist on site to complement your care.
