Key Qualifications for the Project Manager Role :
- 5+ years of experience managing industrial and / or data center construction projects from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in budgeting, estimating , and project scheduling , with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional organizational skills able to efficiently manage resources, including personnel, tools, and time, while meeting tight deadlines.
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude, eager to take ownership and responsibility.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, subcontractors , and vendors to ensure smooth communication and project success.
