Job Description :
We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
As a Plumbing Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling of plumbing service calls, dispatching technicians to job sites, and ensuring that all jobs are completed in a timely manner.
Pay Range :
- $24-$26 per hour
- Spiffs
Responsibilities :
- Receive incoming service calls and gather necessary information from clients.
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians to job sites.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure they have all the information and resources needed to complete their assignments.
- Monitor the progress of jobs and provide updates to clients as needed.
- Handle any scheduling changes or emergency situations that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all service calls and dispatch activities.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer software and data entry.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and terminology is a plus.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
