Merger and Acquisition (M&A) Integration Lead -Remote

Job Summary (List Format) :

• Serve as the M&A Integration Lead for post-merger integration initiatives across acquired companies.
• Establish and manage the Integration Management Office (IMO) for all client acquisitions.
• Oversee integration planning, execution, and transition activities across various business functions.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure operational alignment and timely project delivery.
• Provide comprehensive oversight, including progress reporting and risk management across integration workstreams.
• Leverage 10 12+ years of experience in M&A integration, divestitures, or transformation programs.
• Utilize prior consulting experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm's M&A practice.
• Demonstrate proven success leading integration projects for PE-backed or mid-market organizations.
• Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Willingness to travel once per month to Dallas, Chicago, or Denver.
