Hours of Operation : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday (2nd & 4th) 8am-12pm.Ã Â

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S) :

Currently licensed to practice as a licensed practical nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate LPN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.

Basic Life Support (BLS) required prior to completion of orientation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S) :

One (1) year experience in an acute or ambulatory care setting preferred.Ã Â

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Ã Â

Able to stand & sit constantly; walk frequently.Ã Â

Able to push / pull 0-20 lbs. frequently; 21-75 lbs. occasionally.Ã Â

Able to climb occasionally; reach constantly.Ã Â

Able to use hands for simple / firm grasping.Ã Â
