Qualifications
- 10 years of life science, pharma or clinical trial industry marketing experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing and mentoring personnel
- Results-driven with a passion for using data to build marketing campaigns
- Strong analytics skills when reviewing key performance metrics and ability to pivot when data suggests
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude and passion for what you do
- Exceptional communication, teamwork and influencing skills
- Agility to successfully manage multiple initiatives and changing conditions
- Resourceful, solution-seeking mentality
- Willingness to travel 15%
Responsibilities
- The Director Product Marketing, Cardiac Safety will be responsible for owning and leading the product marketing strategy and contributing to the development of product positioning and messaging, to help build awareness and engagement with our customers and target markets.
- You'll work closely with Leadership as well as a cross-functional team of product management, sales, marketing, enablement and creative teams to accelerate business growth.
- The ideal candidate is a proven product marketing leader who can set strategic plans, lead cross business unit programs and complete tactical work as needed.
- Collaborate closely with business unit, Sales and product management leads to define, manage, and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product introductions.
- Ensure harmonized Clario messaging to create a cohesive and compelling brand presence.
- Develop global commercial marketing plans and campaigns based on a deep understanding of competition and market landscape.
- Drive awareness, preference, leads, revenue, and customer advocacy through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with Product Marketers from other Business Units to devise strategies to deliver additional leads and avenues for growth.
- Collaborate with product management, sales leaders, and science teams to articulate the value proposition and differentiators of Clario's solutions.
- Develop product positioning and messaging informed by market insights, addressing patient and customer pain points effectively.
- Educate the organization on relevant industry trends and insights.
- Lead the development of high-quality, consistent content including : white papers, customer success stories, web content, presentations, videos, datasheets, social media, blog posts, press releases, and more.
- Craft messaging that effectively communicates solution features, customer benefits, and aligns with brand voice and value proposition.
- Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to create and deliver sales tools and resources that support and advance the selling process.
- Manage, mentor and foster growth of a Product Marketing Manager responsible for additional product lines.
- Track, measure and report against objectives.
