We are interviewing applicants for an Electrical Forman role in the Jonesboro, AR area . This is a Direct-Hire position.
Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, and some Multi-Family Residential experience .
Your background will include most of the following :
- A minimum of 5yrs experience in a Foreman / Working Foreman role
- You will have the ability to use the NEC Code book, blueprints, specifications, and local AHJ CODES.
- In the past, you developed and implements plans using your critical thinking skills. Are a problem solver with good sense and judgement.
- You are self-motivated, can adapt to challenges, and follow through on commitments
- Can work independently and hold others accountable.
- Lead by example, train promising PM's and Journeymen to help develop their career.
- Perform work from start to finish, executes work efficiently and effectively
- You take pride in making sure you have all tools, information, manpower and materials at all times.
- Communicate effectively with Trade Partners, Owner and your team while reviewing site progress and conditions.
- You are proficient - previous Ability to turn in paperwork through and HR system such as Paycom or Paycor, for example.
- Be safety minded and adhere to all quality and safety codes
