Job Summary :

The Quality Control Technician at Hidden Hill Precast Solutions plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity and quality of our precast concrete products.

You will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and verifying that all materials and finished products comply with PCI standards and project specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of precast manufacturing processes, and PCI Level 3 certification (preferred).

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct detailed inspections of precast concrete products to ensure compliance with PCI Level 3 standards and project specifications.
• Perform a range of quality tests on raw materials and finished products, including compressive strength, density, and more.
• Monitor production processes, identifying deviations or potential quality issues, and collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure all production processes adhere to safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and production efficiency.
• Provide expert feedback and recommendations to management on quality control processes and procedures.

Qualifications :

• PCI Level 3 certification (preferred).
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in quality control within a precast manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of precast concrete manufacturing processes and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using quality control tools and equipment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
