Newbold Services, LLC, is one of the leading providers of quality facility management services for manufacturing and industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, hotels and educational facilities.

We are in need of a hands-on Foreman / Lead with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude for a facility located in Redfield, AR. The Foreman will be working with a team in varied environmental conditions including, hot, cold, and wet settings on a daily basis

Must be able to do the following tasks daily :

  • Climbing ladders or other structures regularly
  • Lifting and carrying materials and equipment up to 50lbs
  • Standing, walking and bending for extended periods
  • Maintaining physical stamina and awareness to ensure safety and productivity in challenging environments

Pay : $16.46 per hour WEEKLY PAY!!

Hours : Monday - Thursday 7 : 00 am - 5 : 30 pm

    • Responsibilities

  • Lead and assist supervisors
  • Employee training
  • Follow instruction from manager (Oral and Written)
  • Performs janitorial tasks as needed
  • Learn all positions

    • Qualifications

  • MUST pass drug screen and background check
  • Must have leadership or lead experience
  • Positive Attitude and the ability to work well as a team or independently.
