Associate Attorney will be responsible for representing clients with empathy, integrity and professionalism and support the mission statement of the Firm
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Provide legal support and guidance to clients and their families.
- Responsible for case management from assignment to conclusion and work with all team members and departments to ensure an effective, timely process.
- Conduct client depositions and have the flexibility to travel to best suit the needs of the client.
- Maintain frequent communication with clients and their families to explain processes and report status updates.
- Legal research, investigation and preparation of the case for file work up and communicate instructions and information needed to integral departments within the Firm.
- Draft / Prepare legal documents as needed.
- Conduct Court motion practice when necessary.
- Call Center Responsibilities to Include Rotation of Weekend Assignments

- Ability to travel.
Required Education :
Juris Doctorate in good standings
