New Dawn Treatment Centers is a leading provider of comprehensive substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health treatment services in Northern California and Nevada.

We offer a full continuum of care, including medically monitored detox, residential programs, outpatient services, and aftercare support.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to lead the strategic and operational functions of New Dawn Treatment Centers.

This position is based in our Roseville, California corporate office and will oversee our treatment centers in both California and Nevada.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, a passion for team leadership, and a drive for continuous improvement in clinical and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operational Leadership : Lead day-to-day operations across all treatment facilities, ensuring alignment with the organizations mission and strategic goals.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance : Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and accreditation regulations, including CARF, JCAHO, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.
  • Team Leadership & Development : Guide and support managers and staff, fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment.
  • Financial & Strategic Management : Develop annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Program Development & Innovation : Drive the creation and implementation of new treatment programs and services.
  • Stakeholder Relations : Act as a primary liaison with external stakeholders, building strong partnerships and promoting New Dawns reputation in the community.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of operational management experience in a healthcare or substance use disorder treatment setting.
  • Skills : Strong knowledge of compliance and quality assurance practices.
  • Certifications : CARF and JCAHO experience preferred.
  • Travel : Ability to travel to facilities in California and Nevada as needed.
