Pain Management Nurse Practitioner

• Full-time Permanent Position
• Monday - Friday Schedule (8 : 30 A.M -5 : 00 P.M)
• The provider will be providing palliative-care-based consultations, follow-up care, symptom management, and assisting with the development of discharge plans based on the goals of the patients
• 2+ years of experience in Palliative Medicine or a related setting is required
• North Carolina License in Hand or in the process are welcome to apply
