Responsiblefor the design development daytoday maintenance continuousimprovement strategies and support of the ServiceNow applicationsystems and operations including tasks related to identifying andtroubleshooting application issues and issues resolution orescalation.

Very strong Oral and Written communication skills is amust. Responsibilities also include root cause analysis managementcommunication and partnership with infrastructure and servicesupport team members.

Ensures all production changes are made inaccordance with lifecycle methodology and risk guidelines.

JobDescription :

• S eekinga ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNowteam
• TheServiceNow Developer will play a key role in maintaining andmaturing the EOTSS servicecatalog.
• Thecandidate will be responsible for core system configuration as wellas daytoday user requests andincidents.
• TheServiceNow Developer will also be responsible for technical designServiceNow code and architecture and work with key business unitsto build solutions and processes supporting maintenance continualservice improvement and new capabilities on the ServiceNowplatform.
• TheIncumbent must have extensive knowledge and experience withServiceNow.
• Theincumbent must have experience configuring core ServiceNow modulesincluding Service Catalog Asset SAMP IRM Discovery ServiceMapping.
• Theincumbent must have strong written and verbal communicationskills.
• ServiceNowSystem Admin Certificationrequired.

Responsibilities :

• Optimizeexisting and develop new service catalog offerings and associatedflows with a focus on continual improvement andautomation.
• LeverageFlow Designer to further mature the service catalog and migrateaway fromworkflows.
• Providetechnical guidance on existing workflows for streamlining andimprovedefficiencies.
• Identifyinefficiencies to ultimately implement areas ofautomation.
• Participatein the upgrade cycle of ServiceNow including testing via the use ofthe Automated TestFramework.
• Supportthe design of custom catalog items working with business partnersand the Service Catalog manager and Product Manager forimplementation.
• Maintainan ongoing knowledge of the ServiceNow product version upgradesenhancements new featuresetc
• Assistwith developing Knowledge base articles that proactively addressusersissues.
• Integratetools such as SCCM Meraki and CrowdStrike into ServiceNow to manageAssets.

Qualifications :

• Minimum3 years of direct experience as a ServiceNow Admin or applicationowner
• Experienceconfiguring core ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog AssetSAMP IRM Discovery ServiceMapping.
• Knowledgeof the ServiceNow app engine and the process for developing andsupporting customapplications
• Handson experience in Service Catalog / Service Portalmodules.
• Experiencewith Advanced scripting Performance Analytics Reporting and otheruse case areas are highlydesirable.
• Experiencewith Flow designer Workspaces and UI Designerdesirable.
• Abilityto draft and document test plans for both a technical and businessuseraudience.
• Abilityto be flexible adaptable and learn new concepts quickly; abilityto anticipate and drive change.
• Abilityto work effectively in a team environment with aggressive deadlinesand multiple priorities as well as the ability to workindependently with minimal supervision while deliveringresults.
• Excellentdemonstrable written and verbal communicationsskill
• Experiencewith Microsoft suite of office products Excel Word Teams etc. isdesirable.
• Demonstratesa high degree of customer service andteamwork.
• Goodorganizational multitasking and timemanagementskills
