Practice Details :
- 32 room department recently renovated and optimized
- All day and evening shifts; no overnights
- Full time is -hour shifts per month
- Department has 50 hours of physician coverage and 30 hours of APP coverage per day
- Adult and pediatric hospitalist do their own admissions
- Not a trauma facility; no heads, no open hearts
- $450,000 base salary
- Three retirement plans including a unique supplemental plan Health, vision, dental, life and disability coverage
- Paid malpractice with tail
Compensation and Benefits :
$75,000 sign-on bonus
$60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
$6,000 CME annually
