Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Intern who will join the Wellbots team in our New York office.
Main responsibilities :
- Achieve sales over the phone and live chat
- Grow sales by contacting existing and potential customers (by phone & email)
- Provide stellar service to existing and prospective customers
- Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Submit RFQs and RFIs when needed
- Upsell complimentary products when available
- Sign and onboard relevant brands to secure B2B / B2G sales
- Develop stronger relations with existing partners and help them close their leads
- Design cold outreach campaigns
Qualifications
- Proven internship experience in sales / customer service or cold outreach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Growth mindset ambition and goal driven approach to KPIs
