Volt has partnered with a company in Irvine to  help identify an experienced Payroll Assistant for immediate hire.

As a Payroll Assistant you will :

• Review and reconcile employee timecards
• Contact employees via phone for missing timesheets, clarify shift details or resolve timecard discrepancies
• Enter and verify timekeeping data to ensure accurate payroll processing and billing
• Resolve and payroll discrepancies
• Keep track of employees leave time and sick leave
• Process paperwork for new employees and enter them into the payroll system
• Record exemptions, transfers, payroll changes, resignations, etc
• Help streamline processes within the payroll department

This role is working 100% onsite at company site in Irvine. Standard hours are M-F from 8am – 5pm.  Position can go temp to hire OR direct hire.

Pay Rate : $22-25 / hr
