As a Store Manager, you'll be at the forefront of recruiting and developing top-notch teams, ensuring that the store maintains organizational and visual standards, and driving sales and profitability through customer relationship building and expense management.
Your entrepreneurial spirit and passion for fashion will shine as you think outside the box to boost sales and stay updated on the latest eyewear trends.
You'll be the conductor of the sales floor, leading by example and setting the tone for a positive work environment. Your ability to communicate effectively, coach and develop others, and manage payroll will create a thriving store.
You will be instrumental in the store's long-term success by implementing growth strategies and maintaining an active, engaged presence in the community.

Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams, customer service, and sales.
- Previous Optical experience preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Desire to work in a medical environment and help patients.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
