Description
CDL-A Delivery Truck Driver Experience Required
At McLane, experience pays! Do you have previous route / foodservice delivery experience? If so, start as high as our top rate of pay.
McLane Shawnee drivers average $92,000 per year and our experienced drivers earn even more. We are currently offering a $10,000 sign on bonus (depending on experience).

- Average pay for first year drivers is $70-75K but can make up to $92,000. You can earn more picking up extra assignments.
- Starting pay commensurate with experience.
- Sign-on bonus : Up to $10,000, depending on experience.
- Route bids with set schedules are currently available.
- Extra Board Drivers get 2 Set Days Off each week Guaranteed.
- Day 1 Benefits such as medical, dental, vision and company-paid life insurance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
- At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor trailer driving experience.
- Meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
- Strong customer service skills.
Candidates will be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
