Position Overview

We are looking for a Junior Watchmaker / Watch Technician to join our Nashville workshop. You will work alongside our senior watchmaker and production team, assisting with final assembly, diagnostics, quality control, and service of Weiss mechanical watches.

This is a hands-on role designed for someone early in their watchmaking career who wants to grow into a complete watchmaker, learning the full spectrum of movement service, regulation, and eventually participating in new movement development and prototyping.

What You Will Do

• Perform case-up operations including dial and hand installation and final assembly
• Conduct quality control testing, timing checks, and visual inspections
• Carry out repairs and diagnostics on Weiss watches, including complete service on in-house movements
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and tool care within the watchmaking workspace
• Collaborate closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams to understand the entire production process
• Participate in the ongoing development of Weiss’s new in-house movements and prototype testing
