ABOUT THIS POSITION

The Marketing Product Manager will lead product launch planning and execution to ensure successful introductions and rapid adoption of new products in the market.

This role will support the growth of therapy adoption and raise clinician awareness for Inspire therapy. The Product Manager reports to the Director of Inspire’s Medical Professional Commercial Marketing.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE

  • Develop, lead, and execute marketing strategies and product launches to grow Inspire therapy adoptionDesign and direct limited market releases to inform full launch plans and maintain great customer experiences Guide creation of promotional plans and resources that create excitement and engagement by understanding product value proposition and OSA marketMaintain a close relationship with the sales, training, and operations teams to ensure alignment and executionCreate and inspect a scorecard of actionable performance indicators
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Inspire and the UAS marketMonitor the growing body of Inspire publications and partner with sales training and clinical to produce high-value insights for the sales team and customers
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and evolve Inspire positioning, messaging and marketing initiatives as needed to maintain clear, differentiated value proposition in marketplace

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science or education required.
  • 3 - 5 years in medical device marketing or sales
  • High impact communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Proven record of working effectively with sales teams
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to utilize user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and innovative

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in business preferred.
