Location : Onsite. (Pacific Time Hours)
Full-Time : 40 hours per week with occasional overtime opportunities
Hours of Operation : Monday - Friday, 5 AM - 4 PM Pacific Time
Job Description :
Join our team as a Customer Service Assistant with LenelS2! In this role, you will process customer orders, answer inbound calls, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
This is an entry-level role requiring a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process orders and handle customer correspondence
- Follow pre-established guidelines and procedures
- Work under the supervision of a manager
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of customer service or clerical experience
- Basic knowledge of standard practices and concepts
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal independent judgment
Additional Information :
- No driving or US security clearance required
- Timekeeping via SAP Fieldglass
- No Export Control Technology involved
