Position Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

Availability for on-call emergency maintenance as needed.

Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a need for precision and accuracy.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to prioritize and possess efficient time management skills.

Goal-oriented and team player.

Preferred Experience :

1-2 years of maintenance experience required.

Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field.

Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry.

Basic knowledge of using a variety of equipment including circular saw, drill, jig saw, electrical tester, hand tools, power tools, and cordless tools.

Daily Tasks :

Perform all maintenance work orders.

Conduct biannual unit inspections, addressing maintenance needs.

Perform monthly exterior inspections of lawn, landscape, snow, trash, etc

Handle move-in and move-out check-ins, ensuring follow-up items are completed.

Ensure tenants receive their keys promptly.

Assist with punch lists on larger rehab and unit turn projects.

Secure properties upon acquisition or for new management clients with new locks and keys.

Provide on-site labor support for rehab projects as needed.
