Description :
- Inbound, Outbound Calls
- Customer support for created cases
- Working on email requests from case managers regarding reimbursements - case managers are third party
- High volume of emails, 100+ a day from case managers
- Review master files to see if there are existing worked cases and reference case # and check # in Microsoft Excel
- Responsible for calling customer directly for new cases and establish an account for reimbursement
- We will need candidates that have strong customer service skills along with excel, Microsoft outlook and ability to multi-task.
- Agents will work a hybrid schedule in Northfield office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.
- Contract position until end of year with potential for extension
This is a new role in a new department and there will be adjustments made to the role over the contract period
