Shift Leadership + Team Support
- Provide leadership and direction for your assigned shift, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Oversee the execution of shift tasks to maintain safe and guest-ready environments across the property
- Coach and support associates during the shift to uphold performance and service expectations
- Serve as the go-to decision-maker for operational needs in the absence of the facilities manager
Facility Standards + Compliance
Uphold departmental standards for preventive maintenance, and appearance during assigned shiftsEnsure work orders, inspections, and requests are followed through and completed in a timely mannerSupport compliance with safety and regulatory protocols across all areasGuest Experience + Service
Respond promptly to guest or associate concerns related to maintenance, cleanliness, or safety during the shiftModel exceptional service and reinforce ATC values in all guest and team interactionsCommunicate effectively with other departments to support daily needs and eventsReporting + Communication

High school diploma or GED required2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in facilities, maintenance, EVS, or trades operationsWorking knowledge of facilities processes, preventive maintenance, and safety standardsStrong communication skills and presence to lead confidently in the manager's absenceMust be able to secure a license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR's).Mille Lacs Band member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.Physical Requirements and Work Environment
