Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate, organized, and energetic individual to join our fast-growing performance-based physical therapy and wellness practice as a Staff Physical Therapist.

This role requires a commitment to excellence and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Valid North Carolina state physical therapy license.
  • 2+ years of clinical experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, motivated, and disciplined individual.
  • A team player with a passion for making a difference.

  • An attitude for mentorship and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with exercise modalities such as running, triathlons, CrossFit, Powerlifting, etc.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

Patient Care (25-30 hours / week) :

  • Maintain a full-time schedule, seeing a minimum of 25-30 clients per week.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine treatment needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions for various musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Provide each client with a written home exercise plan / prescription.

Administrative Tasks (approximately 6 hours / week)

  • Complete documentation for each client within 24 hours of treatment.
  • Attend weekly staff meetings (1-1.5 hours).
  • Maintain facility cleanliness, including cleaning equipment and treatment tables after EACH client.

Marketing

Participate in community events, drop-ins, face-to-face meetings, and other marketing duties as assigned.
