TWO references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission.

Please no non-supervisory references, these will not be considered, and profile will be rejected.Perm reference is REQUIRED and must be obtained from the past 12 monthsTravel reference is REQUIRED from the most recent assignment- if traveler has travel experienceRequired certs need to be ACTIVE - nothing pendingPERM candidates cannot return to CC hospitals for 1 YEAR from their previous end date.

PBDS Assessment waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
