Outpatient Family Medicine Physician

The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for a community health center, also called a federally qualified health center, in Ottumwa, Iowa.

• Flexibility in schedule scheduled 40 hours per week.
• Clinic Hours M- F 7 : 00am-6 : 30pm.
• See 18-20 patients / day.
• 15-minute acute visits, 30-minute chronic visits.
• 3 exam rooms
• Medical team includes 4 providers, 11 clinical support staff, 6 therapists, 1 psychiatrist, and 2 PMHNPs. Dental on site too!
• No call
• No weekends
• No hospital coverage

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited educational institution.
• Licensed to practice medicine in Iowa.

• $275,000 - $310,000 salary + quality and productivity incentives
