Job Summary
The position is responsible for auditing medical records, and reviewing hospital charges and documentation to ensure compliance with payer regulations, coding conventions, and hospital policies.
RN auditors are also responsible for educating employees, physician, and patients and others for billing compliance. Enjoy flexible day shift hours.
Onsite is required while training, hybrid or remote work options available after initial training.
Job Requirements
Education
Required : Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Preferred : Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Experience
Required : 2 years' related experience
Preferred : 5 years' related experience
Skills
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft office
Licensure / Certification / Registration
Required : Current RN license active in the state of Missouri
