Happy Hospitality is partnering with Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants to bring Happy Camper to the Las Vegas Strip. Happy Camper is known as a damn good spot for pizza, booze, and vibes.

Guests are welcome to this lively social scene for lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, or late-night drinks. Perfect for large groups, the Las Vegas location will boast a large patio and indoor-outdoor bar, decked out in the brand's signature decor with disco balls, neon lights, and more.

The menu will include more than a dozen pizzas on Happy Camper’s signature dough made in-house daily, with a gluten-free crust option available.

In addition to the pies, Happy Camper is known for its shareable appetizers and drinks, plus menu items exclusive to the Las Vegas location.

This will be the first location in Las Vegas for Happy Hospitality with Lettuce Entertain You, and the sixth restaurant for Happy Hospitality, with four pizzerias in Chicago and one in Denver.

Dishwashers are responsible for washing and sanitizing all food service utensils and miscellaneous items such as plates, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, etc.

Also responsible for assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of the back of house area. May have additional cleaning duties specific to the restaurant.

Essential Functions

• Operate and utilize the dish machine and cleaning supplies
• Wash, sanitize and dry all kitchen utensils, equipment and other items placed in the dish area or as requested by Management and Staff
• Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
• Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment
• Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
• Multitask calmly and effectively under pressure
• Work in a confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levels
• Able to move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and / or lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally move and / or lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain a pace sufficient to prevent back up of dirty dishes, glasses, etc.
• Return and restock all items to appropriate area after washing and sanitizing procedures are completed
• Ability to read a thermometer
• Maintain dishwashing machinery and communicate any potential issues to Management
• Identify cleaning supplies and notify Management when running low
• Assist with general cleanliness of the back of house and restrooms
• Empty garbage (checking for restaurant supplies) and keep garbage areas clean and covered
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook
• Get along well with others and be a team player
• Other duties will be assigned as needed
