We are looking for high-energy bilingual medical office receptionist. Our office is a fast-paced primary care office servicing adults to geriatrics in the high desert area, we are seeking for (2) individuals to fulfill positions.
Our expectations are to :
- Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone
- Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
- Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
- Notifying providers of patient arrivals
- Comforting patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering questions
- Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
- Collecting patient copays and balances
- Maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders
Qualifications / Skills
At least 1 year work experience in a medical office environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems
Able to work productively within a team
Proficient with Microsoft applications
Previous experience with EMR systems
Must be able to Microsoft 365 literate
The position is Monday- Friday, Full time only.
