Compensation :
$70,000 - $250,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise the team to achieve targets and goals, ensuring motivation and clear communication of quotas among team members.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships to deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently.
- Ensure strict adherence to all necessary licensing regulations at all times.
- Conduct consultations with potential clients to analyze financial information, evaluate financing needs, and offer recommendations on suitable products and services accordingly.
- Educate clients on loan terms, clarify their responsibilities, and provide suitable options tailored to their needs.
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Encompass software for managing loan applications, ensuring compliance, and minimizing risks effectively.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of lending policies, programs, and regulatory standards to provide excellent customer care consistently.
- Customize company services to meet individual client requirements and promote services accordingly.
- Stay updated on market rates and trends to provide well-informed advice to clients consistently.
- Perform any additional tasks necessary to meet business requirements effectively.
Qualifications :
- The Senior Mortgage Loan Officer Manager position in Troy, MI requires holding an NMLS license.
- A high school diploma is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- Preference is given to candidates with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
- Effective communication skills, including verbal and non-verbal aspects, are a must.
- Accountability, adaptability, and a driven attitude are key traits sought after.
