We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our team.

This role is crucial in managing multiple projects, overseeing vendor relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in network infrastructure, security, and data center operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Project / Vendor Management :

  • Oversee and manage multiple technical projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Network Management (Outsourced to Partner) :

  • Ensure the stability and efficiency of the organization’s network infrastructure.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Manage network alerts and events through the vendor trouble ticketing tool.

Security Management (Outsourced to Partner) :

  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Respond to security incidents and coordinate incident response efforts.
  • Define and drive the adoption, improvement, and governance of the User Awareness Program.

Data Center Operations (Outsourced to Partner) :

  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of data center facilities.
  • Ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of data center services.
  • Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Documentation and Reporting :

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, security protocols, and data center operations.
  • Prepare reports on network performance, security incidents, and vendor performance.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in project management, network administration, security management, data center operations, and vendor management.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, security principles, and data center best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to forge strong partnerships with third-party providers.
  • High sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
