Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our client in the immediate hire of an Executive Assistant to the CFO in Westborough MA. While this is currently a temporary 3-month position based out of Westborough, MA, given the growth and expansion of the client company, there is a possibility this can lead to long-term career opportunities at client.

Compensation : Up to $38 per hour based on 40 hour week

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m.–5 : 00 p.m. (possibility of some remote days each week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive calendar management for executive’s calendar and contacts
  • Act as the liaison between the CFO, and the Managers for scheduling meetings with internal and external attendees
  • Type and distribute meeting notes and draft letters, mail, and email correspondence
  • Arrange travel, answer phones and take and relay voice mail and email messages
  • Prepare and maintain expense reports, including coding, providing receipts
  • Assist with On-boarding employees, receiving laptops, software, etc.
  • Create / Maintain Team Organization Charts
  • Organize, coordinate and budget for departmental outings / events
  • Assist with budget activities and meeting scheduling
  • Expenses, travel, filing, presentation preparation and copying, as needed
  • Preparation of Quarterly Board of Directors material
  • Provide back up to other Executive Assistants, when needed

Experience and Educational Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of executive-level administrative suppor t experience; prior experience supporting a CFO or senior finance executive is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive financial information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and a composed, professional demeanor.
