We are seeking a team player to join our team as a Warehouse Logistics Clerk !

This is an onsite role in Poestenkill, NY!

Responsibilities :

Under direct supervision, the Logisitics Clerk will have the following key responsibilities :

• Lift, unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains record of received goods. Receives internal PO’s requested via email.
• Transfer material into storage locations.
• Pick and deliver Accessory work orders and raw material stock requisitions to various departments.
• Operates hand and powered material handling equipment.
• Load, unload, delivers materials, chemicals and other products including 55 gallon drums. Stacks, stores chemicals in chemical shed and maintains rotation of drums to ensure first in first out stock.
• Pick / pack prepare hazardous & nonhazardous, domestic & international customer orders for final shipment to the customer.
• Cycle counting and physical inventory.
• Prepare Hazmat documentation.
• Coordinates with freight-forwarders / carrier activities

• High school or GED
• 2-4 years of related experience
• Computer skills using PC and radio frequency devices; understanding warehouse operations
• Candidate needs to be able to stand, lift (up to 50 pounds), bend / squat, push / pull
• Experience with shipping domestic and international using third party systems (ex : FedEx, UPS)
• Experience operating a forklift
• Pallet jack experience
• BONUS : Experience with Air Waybill (AWB) and Automated Export System (AES) filing
