About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty : Telemetry Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Night Shift, 12 hours Guaranteed Hours : To be discussed Experience : Minimum years of experience required License : RN License required Certifications : List of certifications required Must-Have : Weekend and holiday work required- Ability to float as needed Job Description : Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in the telemetry unit- Monitor patient's vital signs and respond to changes in patient conditions- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals- Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date- Comply with all hospital policies and nursing practices- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
