Job Description
- Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and repairs of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities for the maintenance team.
- Monitor and control maintenance costs while ensuring high-quality maintenance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, costs, and inventory
- Implement best practices for maintenance management and equipment reliability.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements.
- Keep abreast of new technologies and maintenance techniques to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the produce or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
