Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President, Corporate Controller to lead our financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal control environment.
This role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, delivering accurate and timely reporting, and driving continuous improvement across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting Lead preparation and submission of 10-K, 10-Q, and related SEC filings with accuracy and timeliness Oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes Present financial reporting matters to senior leadership and the Audit Committee Accounting Operations, Compliance & Administration Direct A / P, A / R, Co-Op bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and equity administration functions Ensure accurate and timely payroll, tax compliance (income, sales / use, franchise), and equity reporting Partner with HR, Legal, and external advisors to support payroll and equity administration SOX & Internal Controls Compliance Design, maintain, and continuously improve the internal control framework Coordinate SOX testing and remediate control gaps Train teams on SOX responsibilities and proactively manage financial reporting risks Process Improvement & Automation Streamline accounting processes for speed, scalability, and accuracy Implement automation tools and collaborate with IT to enhance financial systems External Audit & Regulatory Readiness Manage end-to-end external audit processes Prepare high-quality audit deliverables and technical memos Stay current on emerging regulations affecting public company reporting Team Leadership & Development Recruit, develop, and retain top accounting talent Foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and growth Lead with empathy and adaptability through change Strategic Business Partnership Serve as a key advisor to the CFO and executive team on accounting and operational matters Provide technical accounting analysis for strategic projects (M&A, stock buybacks, revenue streams) Deliver actionable insights and variance analysis to support strategic initiatives Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required 15+ years of progressive accounting / finance experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role at a public company Deep knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and internal controls Proven track record managing large-scale audits, payroll, equity, and tax compliance Strong systems / automation mindset with experience improving close cycles and reporting Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex financial issues into actionable insights Compensation & Benefits Salary :
